Should a fault appear in a spectacle frame within a year of purchase, we will replace it or repair it as necessary. Many minor repairs, such as replacing screws or missing pads, can be carried out in the practice. Even with older frames, if we consider that the manufacture was faulty, we will be happy to send the frame back to the supplier for their comments.

We offer this guarantee for patients trying varifocals for the first time. If, after 30 days, you just cannot tolerate these lenses, they will be replaced either with bifocals or with two pairs if single vision lenses. Please note that no cash refund is given.
